Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Jama3etna, including services related to task posting, professional collaboration, and payment processing through third-party providers.
1. Overview
Jama3etna connects Clients with vetted Professionals to complete tasks. Clients fund projects in advance. Funds are held securely in escrow (via a third-party service such as Wise) and released to the Professional once the task is completed.
2. Definitions
- "Jama3etna": The platform and service facilitating task-based collaboration and payments.
- "Client": A user who posts and funds a task.
- "Professional": A user who accepts and completes a task.
- "Escrow": A temporary holding of funds until work is confirmed complete.
- "Wise": The licensed financial provider used to hold and transfer funds.
3. Eligibility
To use Jama3etna, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Not be restricted under applicable laws or sanctions.
4. Payment & Escrow Process
- Upfront Funding: Clients fund tasks upon acceptance by a Professional.
- Escrow Holding: Funds are securely held via Wise until delivery confirmation.
- Release of Funds: After the Client confirms satisfactory completion, or upon resolution of any dispute, funds are released to the Professional.
- Automatic Release: In the absence of Client response for 7 days after delivery, Jama3etna may automatically release funds to the Professional.
5. Fees
Jama3etna may charge platform service fees to either party, disclosed prior to payment.
Third-party processing fees (e.g. Wise) may also apply.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or authorized under Section 6.
6. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are considered only if:
- A Professional fails to deliver the task.
- Delivered work does not meet agreed specifications.
Disputes must be raised within 7 days of task delivery.
Jama3etna acts as a neutral mediator and reserves final discretion over any resolution.
7. User Obligations
Clients must:
- Provide clear, detailed task descriptions and expectations.
- Respond to submissions and dispute inquiries in a timely manner.
Professionals must:
- Deliver work as agreed upon, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Communicate proactively with Clients via the platform.
8. Role of Jama3etna
Jama3etna is not a party to the agreement between Client and Professional. We facilitate task matching and secure payments but do not guarantee service outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jama3etna is not liable for:
- Failures in third-party payment processing.
- Delays, dissatisfaction, or disputes between users.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Jama3etna, its affiliates, and employees against any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of Jama3etna is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your personal data is collected and used.
12. Amendments
Jama3etna reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
