Note: Jama3etna collects and stores only the minimum financial information required to release payments to Professionals. We do not collect or store credit card or banking details used by Clients to fund tasks. All such payment information is processed and stored securely by third-party providers (e.g., Wise) in accordance with their terms and PCI-DSS standards.
c. Communication Data
- Messages exchanged between users on the platform
- Dispute resolution history and support requests

- Device information, IP address, browser type
- Log files and activity data (e.g., pages visited, actions taken)
